Updates March 08

>3 months have passed since the last update and we have just updated the site code to the latest version of wordpress, and also added 2 new themes, do check them out. Also, if you encounter any bugs or problems posting, do post here.
We have been having some issues with our server over the past few months, it has been going down for about 15 minutes every couple of days. We are working hard to resolve these issues.
BTW, have you guys checked out the new sgforums.com?

There’s something else though, when i do a search on the blog, and i am returned lots of posts such that there is a “next page” and i click on that “next page” link, it brings me to the page 2 of the blog’s main page rather than page 2 of the search results.

lbandit: seems like it might be a theme specific problem. Which theme does this happen on? (or all themes?)

Hi, I’m having a problem using the themes with have the custom header image thingy, such as Freshy. I can’t seem to change the header, the page just comes back blank.

shortlegs: this seems to work fine for me - I just changed your header. Have you tried using a different computer?
Some ideas are make sure javascript is enabled. Maybe try clearing your cache - cookies etc.

Hi Jason,
I have tried using a different computer. I also cleared my cache etc etc. Refreshing the page as well. They all didn’t work leh. Seems the problem exists with every of the themes.

I’m going to try looking into this.
Can you try changing the header image again, after clearing cache and refreshing. Please let me know roughly what time you tried it so I can refer to the logs for any errors.
Do any error messages etc appear? What browser are you using? Does it work on other browsers like firefox?

Hi Jason,
I tried the first 45 themes, in alphabetical order. They all jump to page 2 of the blog’s archives rather than page 2 of the search results. It doesn’t seem to be theme specific.

eh since it’s been upgraded to the new wordpress version does it mean i can get my own domain now? the new wordpress version lets you do that =)
on the same upgrade note, is the main page/tabs on your main page supposed to look any different? or did i miss something out?
